I have went to rosy nails 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times were all from different people , and nails were not good. There is only one good person there and it's Angie but she's always booked. This last time I had some young girl I hadnt seen there before and she did a horrible job on my nails , took awhile , and had filed them so short that it was pointless to even have a tip on!! I got home and had looked at my nails and my middle finger nail will be falling off within no time because there's a gap under the tip that it isn't even glued to my nail! The girl seemed like a beginner. I didn't tip her because I was so mad. Will not be going back there.
I made an appointment ahead and got right in. In and out in an hour and my nails are EXACTLY what I asked for. Trish even asked during the whole process if I was happy with nail length, color etc.
Unfortunately that same day I made an appt for 2 weeks later with her 11/8. I show up and check in and I sit down. I'm not told this until 30 mins later that Trish is not there and my name was crossed off and I was basically out of luck and needed to reschedule. I never got a call to reachedule. Nor did I ever call and cancel? what kind of customer service is that? Then someone without an appointment was taken to get her nails done instead of me.
Very disappointing, and sadly won't be returning or recommending to anyone.
Overall experience very nice, friendly. Treated well.
This place stinks..I called and asked about taking a walk in and was told no problem no wait at all
I was literally in the parking lot when called. I walked in and was told they couldn't take me till 4pm. It was 1pm when I went in..

Craftsmanship is good. Long wait times. My concern is that I tried twice to make an appointment for my daughter. I was denied. I was a bit annoyed when another client bypassed me in line because she had an appointment. What is good for one customer should be good for others.
Best nail salon I've been too. Very clean and organized. I absolutely love my nails and I'm going back soon to get my toes done as well ????
Very nice place. They did a phenomenal job on my nails and the people are so nice.
Very clean. Staff is always happy. Love coming here and seeing Trish and Angie. Quality is out of this world and pricing is great. Mani..pedis..dips and polish. You name it they got it and can do it
